A day of sharing experiences on the housing certification of high energetic performance : new and renovation.
Presentation of practical cases :
- Exemplary realizations, challenges ;
- How to incite the customers and the project owners to go towards the certification ?
- European benchmark in Germany (Northrhine - Westphalia) and Italy (South Tirol).
General context :
The European directive on energy efficient buildings implies that the Member States have to implement energy performance certificates for rent or sold houses and improve the energy performances of new or renovate buildings. The certification appears as one of the main
controls levers in order to increase the implementation of these regulations and even further, in terms of requirement and performance. The Cluster Rhône-Alpes Eco-énergies invites other European clusters as well as his members and partners in Rhône-Alpes and in France to focus on the state of progress of certification in the various territories and think about the first experience feedback. This event is certified by the European Commission as an OPEN DAYS 2009 decentralized event.
