ENVIRONMENTAL QUALITY OF BUILDINGS From Europe to territories: what possible convergence?
Referential of environmental quality of buildings are numerous, so on an international and national scale that on the territorial plan where they develop to support local policies. This situation leads to a heterogeneousness of referential and criteria, source of confusion and complexity both for the project ownership and for the project manager. It is now necessary to work towards a convergence at any levels. The workshop, in passing in review the initiatives of convergence engaged to the European, national or local scale, will allow to have an overview of the current situation but also to introduce sharing of experiences.
